	Craig Salmon B.A.Sc.Ag Managing Director. The combination of life experience in a rural community and formal education by way of a Bachelor of Systems Agriculture (UWS) provides a balanced view and understanding of the market and its needs. This experience leads the companies revenue generation and stakeholder satisfaction. Particular focus is on Marketing and Sales, Market Intelligence and National Development.
	Michael Hodge Director / Company Secretary. Over 20 years of senior management in public companies and formal education in the insurance industry (AAII, FAII, Mt Eliza) ensures company Business Administration functions are managed with best practice standards. Particular focus includes Corporate Governance, Asset Management, Human Resources and IT.
	Doug Hughes A.D.A.S is our consulting formulating chemist and works closely with Advanced Nutrients to develop high quality liquid and organic products. Doug has over 20 years experience in analytical and formulation chemistry. Doug also specializes in fertilizes and their effect on plant physiology which gives further insight into developing effect nutrient programs. We believe his knowledge and experience complements the rest of our technical team.
